I been tinkering with various bits and pieces of the site this week. I added a bit to the splash screen; a 'More' sign as the content categories have expanded beyond the original links on this page but I don't want to fill it up with buttons. If I knew more Flash I would make collapsible menus that would pull the navigation list from the database -but a bit too complex.
I also have been looking at Tag Clouds recently and wanted one. There isn't a completed Tag Cloud module for my CMS yet so I figured out a way to get a reasonable 'fake' Tag Cloud. You can see the Storm Tag Cloud (uses keywords I picked and additional ones suggested by Google Keywords Tool) which goes to my search page. The Google Tag Cloud uses terms generated by their Keyword Tool, related to their analysis of the content of my site, to search the net for related content.
Since I have been looking for work, and checking out freelance sites, I decided to create a Job section. It will feature links, rss feeds -and possibly some tips- related to seeking employment as a creative. It is not finished yet; I am working out some technical issues related to the rss feeds.
I've added additional Links and I think that covers most of the updates these last few days.
